Wolf Lake Middle School supports and enhances student learning through rigorous curriculum and enrichment opportunities. Within this brochure, you will find various opportunities for your child to engage in enrichment opportunities beyond the school day.

FFA

FFA is an extracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership.  The National FFA Organization remains committed to the individual student, providing a path to achievement in premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.


FFA will meet the third Tuesday of each month from 4:04-5:15 in room 624 beginning August 20th. 

The cost of joining FFA is $30.  This covers state and national FFA dues as well as a t-shirt.  Payable through SchoolPay  https://www.schoolpay.com/pay/for/FFA-FairShare-/SwGzL6

The WLMS Chapter of Gay/Straight Alliance is a safe, supportive place for LGBTQ+ students and straight student allies to share, socialize, and celebrate the diversity among us.

The Lovely Project

The Lovely Project is a free mentorship club for girls, empowering them to recognize their value, use their voice, and unleash their valor. We focus on building self-esteem, confidence, healthy friendships, resilience, and goal-setting. We also cover practical skills like effective communication, creating healthy habits, managing stress, and processing emotions. Our mission is to nurture growth in girls and women who aspire to make a powerful impact on the world. The Lovely Project will meet every first and last Tuesday of the month from 4 to 5 p.m. in Room 808 with Ms. Beckford and Ms. Lakes. Our first meeting will be held on September 10th. All club members need a signed permission slip to attend the meetings.

Multicultural Club

A club for students who join us from other countries and cultures and those that want to learn about different cultures. Students will have the opportunity to plan school celebrations that recognize the contributions of various groups to the mosaic of our country. Celebrations will often include food!

Open to all students! Members will have the opportunity to learn about cultures from around the world.

National Junior Honor Society (NJHS)

The National Junior Honor Society is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle level students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.

The WLMS SGA club is open to all students! Our primary focus is building a school community that focuses on participation, accountability, communication, and kindness. Members can collaborate with other students as they plan school events such as spirit weeks, trivia events, and much more.
