Camp Healing Hearts and WLMS Student Grief Group

💙 Camp Healing Hearts is a free, one-day grief camp for students in grades K-12 who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Through arts and crafts, games, therapy animals, and guided activities, children connect with others their age who understand what they're going through and learn healthy ways to express their feelings. A special session is also offered for parents and guardians. Camp Healing Hearts is facilitated by licensed mental health counselors and social workers at no cost to participating families. 

WLMS is also offering a Grief Support Group for students that will meet one hour each week during the school day for six weeks. Application is attached to this post. Please email Joan.SpenceLake@ocps.net for more information.
