Student Assistance and Family Empowerment

Orange County Schools provides Student Assistance and Family Empowerment (SAFE) program services at the elementary, middle and high school level. The purpose of SAFE is to provide prevention and intervention services for students and their families. Services may include a focus on the following:

  • Drug and Alcohol Education

  • Bullying Prevention Education

  • Referrals for counseling services

  • Student Activities to promote a healthy campus

  • Liaison for homeless families

  • Character Education Curriculum

  • Peer Mentoring

Need a helping hand?  We have an after school tutoring program!

Session 1 of tutoring runs from Sept. 3rd to Dec. 9th.

  • Math and ELA is offered on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
  • Civics (7th Grade only) is offered on Mondays.
